Before the world know Khalid the singer-songwriter, he was Khalid Robinson, a military brat whose family constantly relocated.

In collaboration with JBL, we told a story of how the lack of a consistent physical place to call home manifested into music and sound feeling like Khalid’s safe space. In this film, the singer is still on the go. But now he’s forever grounded by the sounds and songs that feel like home.
